WELL
Women Educators Leading Learning
Women Educators Leading Learning (WELL) was established to provide networking opportunities, support, and encouragement for female education leaders in Indiana. Nationally, 80 percent of the workforce in K-12 is women, yet only 20 percent of superintendents are female. This statistic also holds true for Indiana. Through the WELL program, IAPSS strives to provide more opportunities for female leaders.
This is going to be another great year of professional learning for female educational leaders participating in WELL. With options to attend seasonal seminars and join the WELL Consortium, there are leadership growth opportunities for women at all levels of their leadership journeys. Join a community committed to empowering women and advancing excellence in educational leadership — Join WELL!
