Women Educators Leading Learning (WELL) was established to provide networking opportunities, support, and encouragement for female education leaders in Indiana. Nationally, 80 percent of the K-12 workforce is women, yet only 20 percent of superintendents are women. This statistic also holds true for Indiana. Through the WELL program, IAPSS strives to provide more opportunities for female leaders.
