Position Information: The elementary principal is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school, including leading and managing faculty and staff, coordinating educational programs, and ensuring the execution of the district's mission to ensure high levels of learning and growth for each student. The principal will also collaborate with all administrators to establish and implement school policies, promote professional development, and engage with students, parents, and the community to foster a positive learning environment.

Professional Qualifications:
Central office leadership and building-level leadership preferred. 
A minimum of three years of successful public school teaching is preferred.
Effective skills in communication, multitasking, collaboration, and marketing.
Strong working knowledge of community relations and willingness to be a visible community leader.
Approachable leader with demonstrated ability to motivate all members of the faculty and staff and embrace a culture of excellence and continued improvement.
