  • Indiana Aspiring Superintendents Academy (IASA)

IAPSS, in partnership with the School Superintendents Association (AASA), offers the Indiana Aspiring Superintendent Academy (IASA), a future-focused professional learning experience for educational leaders aspiring to the superintendency. Through an interactive, blended learning model, IASA builds participants’ understanding of the K–12 superintendent role and prepares district, building, and teacher leaders for the opportunities and responsibilities of district leadership.

  • New Superintendents Academy

The IAPSS New Superintendent Academy provides a comprehensive onboarding experience for first-year superintendents, beginning with an in-person kickoff session and followed by monthly virtual learning sessions. Together, these sessions equip new district leaders with the knowledge, resources, and professional network needed to successfully navigate a successful first year in the superintendency.

  • New Superintendent Mentor Program

The IAPSS Superintendent Mentor Program is a personalized, relationship-based partnership that pairs each new superintendent with an experienced superintendent mentor for their first two years in the role. Carefully matched and specially trained to meet the unique needs of each mentee, mentors provide trusted guidance, practical advice, and ongoing support through regular communication and 24/7 availability. This confidential partnership helps new superintendents navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and build the confidence needed for long-term leadership success.

  • Educators Preparing Inspired Change (EPIC)

IAPSS offers EPIC, a leadership development program designed to support Indiana’s public school superintendents in advancing their practice.
