LEAD

Learn. Engage. Advance. Develop.

A Trusted Network for Women Who Lead

Over the past several years, IAPSS has been proud to support a community for women superintendents through the WELL network. As our profession evolves, so must the way we support and develop leaders.

We proudly introduce LEAD—Learn, Engage, Advance, Develop—a professional learning and connection program designed for female superintendents and guided by a distinguished committee of women leaders in the superintendency. LEAD provides a dedicated space for collaboration, networking, and growth, recognizing the unique experiences and perspectives women bring to district leadership. Through targeted professional learning and meaningful peer connections, participants build strong networks, share insights, and gain practical strategies to lead with confidence and impact. LEAD reflects our commitment to supporting and advancing women in the superintendency across Indiana.

LEAD is more than a program; it is a community of trusted leaders committed to supporting one another and elevating women in the superintendency.
