As Executive Director of the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, and as former Superintendent of the M.S.D. of Wayne Township, I believe the third Annual Administrators of Color Conference is an important investment in the future of educational leadership in Indiana. This conference creates meaningful space for superintendents, district leaders, aspiring leaders, and advocates to inspire, prepare, and support school leaders of color.

Its impact is found in the connections it builds, the leadership it strengthens, and the opportunities it helps create. When we intentionally support leaders of color, we strengthen our schools, better serve our students, and move our profession forward.
IAPSS is proud to stand behind this important work.

We extend our sincere thanks to Fanning Howey for their generous support of the IAPSS Administrators of Color: Planning for the Future Conference. Their commitment to educational leadership helps make meaningful conversations and progress possible. We are grateful for their partnership in empowering the next generation of school leaders.
